Patrick Dolan, PhD
Founder
Patrick Dolan is an industry leader with 17+ years of experience across strength & conditioning, rehabilitation, wellness, and data science. He has supported NCAA Division I programs, professional sports organizations, national governing bodies, and private clients worldwide. Holding a PhD in Sport Science, he has led injury mitigation initiatives in rugby, soccer, and lacrosse at national and international levels. He founded Performance Directions to deliver evidence-supported performance, health, and injury-reduction services to athletes, working professionals, youth, and older adults across diverse sports and populations.

Alexandra Morgan Clinton
Coach
Coach Alexandra brings over two decades of athletic experience spanning from her high school records still standing through competing in NCAA Division I athletics having competed in distance running at Syracuse University. Post-collegiately, she’s raced extensively in all distances from 5Ks to marathons (NYC, 2026).
Personal Bests: 1 Mile 5:05.76 Half-Marathon 1:32:46 (7:04/mi.)
As a coach and lifelong athlete, she combines real-world experiences with a practical and supportive approach. She knows what it’s like to chase big goals and balance training with life. Her goal is to help people train smarter, gain confidence, and build a lasting love for health and fitness.
Ross Weyandt
Coach
Coach Ross’ expertise spans eight years of coaching across collegiate, high school, and middle school athletics, including roles at Kent State University, Eastern University, and the University of Mount Union. He is passionate about long-term athletic development and using performance-based training that directly translates to success in competition. He holds the NSCA-CSCS and CSCCa-SCCC certifications.
